Hello everyone,

I have a chance to do a small website (3-4 pages, not many pictures) for a small liquor store near my house.  Could anyone offer a few suggestions?

1. What would be a reasonable rate for 3-4 pages?

2. The owner wants to be able to do some updates on his own after the site is setup, what considerations should I include in my design?

3. Should I setup a Content Management System (CMS) website?

4. What would be a reasonable rate for additional pages and/or items that go over scope?

5. The hosting will be on a linux server running apache.
