DHTML and CSS For The World Wide Webby Jason Cranford Teague
The CSS section was really easy to read and the examples follow along well with the tutorials. I would suggest the reader have a little background or basic knowledge of html code to follow along well with the examples. This book opened my eyes to some design layouts and formatting that I didn't know you could do with style sheets.
The DHTML part doesn't go into the Javascript enough to really explain the functions behind it but it helped me decide on pre-made DHTML menu code that you can find on the internet and then how to read and edit it for my specific needs. That was handy on a couple of projects and is good to know for future reference.
I have to say this is a great reference book to have at your fingertips when you are working on websites and CSS since you can quickly find examples and solutions for your design needs.
